| With the coming of economic globalization and knowledge economy times,CIMS has been under development with the goal of achieving the overallbenefits through integration and intelligence system. The definition of CIMShas been applied extensively to different modern manufacturing techniques, e.g.,manufacturing integration and supply chain alliance as well as agilemanufacturing. And it has been the tendency that more and more enterprises aretrying to improve their whole supply chains with application of integrationtechniques.This paper carries out the analysis and the research of information sharingproblems existed in traditional supply chain enterprises according to integrationprinciples, and the paper presents statement of the approach and techniques torealize sharing information. The content involved is as follows:In the first chapter, it mainly introduces the reference for subject choiceand background, and it explained in detail problems of information sharing.With the coming of buyer's market, the supplies are greater than demand. Inthis case, the consumers' demand tends to be in variety. To satisfy differentconsumers' personal demands, the products' life cycle is being shorter andshorter.Since the enterprises face with heavily waving and uncertain buyers'market, the enterprises have to react to the changing demand rapidly at shortnotice. There is necessity for enterprises to get rid of "long lash" effect which isdue to information angulations. In traditional modern of supplies, to reply to theviolently fluctuating market, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers began tobuild their own inventories. Since those enterprises could not trust each other,there exists competition between the enterprises of upper stream and downstream. "Long lash" which is due to dysfunctional demand information passedalong supply chain influences each member of supply chain, which results inhigher inventories of these enterprises. Moreover, higher the upper streamenterprises maintain their inventories, the lower their yearly inventory turnoveris, as their fund are heavily tied. In another side, the competition of enterprisesalong the supply chain are weakened, and the whole supply chain react slowly,since the advance for the whole supply chain is much longer due to hinderedinformation passage and red tapes.In addition, in this chapter the purpose and sense are introduced here.In second chapter, the basic integration principles and prevailing status ofinformation sharing of supply chain enterprises are introduced. The basicsupply chain integration focuses on business restructuring and concurrentengineering and integration theory. Information sharing is based on enterpriseintegration, and project engineering restructuring and concurrent engineering isthe technique to realize information sharing. In general sense, integration isinterpreted as gathering, collecting. It is regarded as a process or a result of acertain activity. From system perspective, in the field of society and science andtechnology, the essence of integration is defined as the follows: integrationrefers to the systematic procession that two or more parts are combined in acertain way and which become a fully part of something. Li Biqiang remarksthat integration means the effective gathering of some units and a new systembeing brought about in result, which is characterized as gathering and relativity.Thus, integration is understood that people gather a certain units and create asystem with a certain function. Integration must be a system, but a system is notdefinitely the outcome of integration. Human factor is one of elements ofintegration. To be more specific, integration is made by people.From system point view, Haifeng and Li Biqiang defined the essence ofintegration as the follows: integration is the process that two or more units orsystems are combined into a new wholly organic system. The integration dosenot mean the simply adding up, on the contrary, it means system restructuring ina certain way and in a certain model with aim at improving the whole functionto suit the environment, so that, in its essence, integration puts emphasis onhuman element and the evolution and improvement of the integration infunction terms. And this is the idea of structuring system and the way to dealwith sophisticated problems. Besides introduction to the present status ofsupply chain information sharing, there are statements of factors of informationsharing and the value of information sharing. In the last part of this chapter, twomodels of supply chain information sharing are briefly introduced.In the third chapter, the emphasis of analysis is laid on the process ofsupply chain information sharing under the guide of basic integration principles.The analysis is mainly inclusive of supply chain information integration, thesupply chain progressive integration, the supply chain management integrationand enterprise integration. And the core link in this chapter is to state theinfluence of integration theory on supply chain information sharing and theapproach to realize integration.In forth chapter, the technique to realize supply chain information sharingis stated, and practical case applied proves the affect of enterprise integration onsupply chain information sharing.In the fifth chapter, the statement of conclusion and expect is made.This paper sets forth the new concept of organization integration. And thispaper carries out research by integration of theory with practice. This paper putsforwards a new organization integration model — — multi-side pyramidorganization integration model. |
