World Bank, International Monetary Fund, Asian Development Bank as construction fund must proceed in international bidding. All Bidding Documents base on the Conditions of Contract for FIDIC which concretely stipulate all aspect of project management and highly maneuverability, furthermore it integrates with engineering, technique, law, economy, management.
