The Study Of Time And Cost Claims Based On FIDIC Contract Conditions

Construction claims is an important measure,which protect the party's interests of construction contract, and in the core content of project contract management. It is increasing attached importance as a signicicant index that test the level of the project contract management of a corporation and nation.This paper is based on the contract conditions of FIDIC, and discuss the attribution of liability of construction claims,sort of claims,time claims and the decision support system of construction system.The paper is devided in several parts,just as fellows:In the first part, we discuss the origin and the development of FIDIC contract conditions, and analysize the contract clause of claims.In the second part, we compare the liability of contract breach of the Continental law system and Anglo-American law system. In the end of this chapter, and discuss the attribution of liability of FIDIC in details,In the third part, we discuss the sort of construction claims in different view. this chapter is the base of discussing time claims and cost claims.In the fourthe part , we discuss the computation method of time claims and cost claims, and indicate that this is some alternative relationship between time claims and cost claims.In the last of paper, aim at the claims decision problem, we suggest that the contractor should estabilish the support system of decision, and make a case analysis to sustain my standpoint.
