Study On The Road Of Private Banks Development In China

In recent years, the development of the private bank has already become the hot topic which the academe and the government decision department studied. Some experts seek the theory basis and the system model from the theory and experience of the overseas private bank. They also expressed respective viewpoints to the private bank establishment and development, which have undoubtedly impelled the private bank development in our country and provided better reference for it. In our country, opening the private bank is a strong-policy research topic. Establishing the private bank as soon as possible will be helpful to prompt reform of the private bank, at the same time set up the modern socialist market economy financial system with Chinese characteristics. The private bank development in our country is still in the primary exploration stage. This thesis is mainly expounded from three aspects which are external environment, road of development and related system, and try to explore a proper road of development. So this thesis makes some sense in terms of develop the private bank in our country.This thesis firstly defines the private bank, and explains the inevitability of the private bank existence and development in theory. Secondly, it analyzes the external environment of the private bank in the view of improving financial system efficiency, which expounds the necessity of the private bank, and provides practical references for the road of private bank. Then, the thesis suggests the guide line for the road choice, proposes the road with combination of two modes on the basis of area economic development, and gives some suggestions for it. Finally, the thesis expounds the related system of the private bank development in detail, and suggests corresponding policy and measure.
