Research On The Development Countermeasure Of G Bank's Private Banking Business

China's economic development has entered a new normal.The mode of economic development is changing from high-speed growth of scale to growth of quality and efficiency.The economic structure is also gradually changing from incremental expansion to both adjustment of stock and optimization of increment.The stability of economic environment has created conditions for the smooth and orderly development of banks.As an important line of business in the strategic transformation of commercial banks,private banking plays an active role in promoting the upgrading of customer structure and the transformation of revenue structure.However,due to the late start of private banking business in China and the restriction of financial fragmentation,compared with foreign excellent private banking institutions,the services provided by private banking institutions are relatively few,the products provided are relatively scarce,and the degree of service diversification is relatively low.Based on this,this paper hopes that through the study of G Bank's private banking business,it will play a certain role in the development of Commercial Bank Private Banking Business in China.Firstly,this paper combs the origin,trend and key concepts of private banking.Then,taking G Bank as the research object,it deeply analyses the development of G Bank's private banking business,and finds out the predicament faced by G Bank's private banking business at present,and put forward pertinent suggestions.The second chapter summarizes the origin of private banking and related concepts.The third chapter takes G Bank as an example,combines G Bank's private banking business development strategy,innovative service system and financial product system,and studies G Bank's private banking business development from multiple perspectives in a more comprehensive and in-depth manner.The fourth chapter of this paper analyses G Bank's private banking business development through PEST analysis and SWOT method.In view of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of private banking business of G Bank,this paper puts forward the existing problems of G Bank's private banking business development strategy,innovative service system and financial product system respectively,and puts forward the challenges faced by G Bank's private banking business.Fourthly,the fifth chapter of this paper puts forward specific problems and challenges of private banking business based on the above comprehensive analysis.Feasible measures and suggestions,including the promotion of private banking professional team building.The innovations and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)As one of the earliest domestic banks to start private banking business,G Bank is also a bank with good development status,and its strategic planning and management concept can be used for reference.(2)This paper collects a large number of investigation reports issued by authoritative bodies for relevant analysis.(3)With PEST and SWOT analyze the environment of G Bank's private banking business,and put forward the problems and challenges of private banking business.(4)Based on the national conditions and the actual situation of G-bank's private banking business,combined with the promulgation of the current new regulations on asset management,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the development of G-bank's private banking business.
