With the growth of community and the ascension of human's demand,and the time of the clothing life cycle is shorting,the clothing market needs a fast-response supply chain to match it.For the clothing supply chain,the strength of the cooperation between the members of the supply chain to improve the efficiency of communication among the members,reduce the negative impact of bullwhip effect in supply chain.It makes the market's prediction more accurately and effectively in order to achieve the goal of the max benefit of the clothing enterprise and supply chain system.The sharing of messages with partner is the key to improve the rapid response of the apparel supply chain.Therefore,how to improve the level of messages opening is the point of the supply chain.In this paper,we mainly study the problems existing in the clothing supply chain in A clothing company under the environment with asymmetric demand messages.A company's supply chain mainly has the following problems: 1.The operation of clothing supply chain is inefficient.2.The ability of logistics distribution is poor.3.Network distribution is not perfect.4.The cooperation and sharing messages among members of the supply chain is insufficient,so there is a problem of demand information.In the process of making decision,this paper study profits of members based on the game principle when A clothing company occurs the problem of asymmetric demand information.Firstly,the requirement function model is established.Taking fashion index and price factor into account,the demand function based on fashion index is constructed.Through sensitivity analysis,it is concluded that the market demand of clothing is directly proportional to the fashion index and inversely proportional to the price.Then,on the basis of demand function,the supply chain profit model is constructed from the angle of decentralized information and centralized information.And an example is given to show that the profit of manufacturer and retailer based on symmetric information is obviously higher than that of symmetrical demand information.Therefore,there is a reason for coordinating supply chain.Finally,the profit models of total discount contract and incremental discount contract are discussed by using quantity discount contract to coordinate.And an example is carried to analysis cooperative performance.The results show that the supply chain profit under incremental discount contract is better than the supply chain profit without contract coordination,which further verifies the validity of the contract.In this paper,the problem of supply chain coordination under demand information asymmetry is studied.There are six parts in total,firstly it is the referral.This part basically recommends the environment,the research problems,the key points and the ideas of solving the problems.The second chapter is a summary of the domestic and foreign scholars on the supply chain research status,and it introduce some professional knowledge.The third part introduces the supply chain management of A garment company and points out the problems in the supply chain.Then the fourth part establishes the supply chain profit model based on the fashion index under the demand information symmetry.The fifth chapter is to establish the supply chain profit model under the asymmetric demand information from the angle of the non-contractual coordination and the quantity discount contract coordination.The last part is a review and summary of this paper,and it further explore the future direction of research.
