The Risk Research Of Knowledge Alliance Facing IT Companies

Knowledge Alliance is one kind of strategic alliance in enterprises. The target of knowledge alliance is study and knowledge creation. This new alliance helps to the communication and study which lead to make up each disadvantage and create new knowledge. So it is helpful to induct knowledge alliance into IT companies that can solve problems exiting in IT companies, such as lack of core ability. But knowledge alliance is very complex system that has lots of uncertain factors which may lead failure to knowledge alliance itself. So this paper try to research the risks in knowledge alliance facing the It companies and provide a method to analysis the importance of these risks.First, this paper discusses the reason why IT companies try to use knowledge alliance and the life circle of knowledge alliance. Second, this paper analysis the characteristic of the knowledge alliance facing the IT companies basing on the exiting research of knowledge alliance. Third, the centre of this paper is to identify risks and analysis them. Identify risks not only identify the risks in knowledge alliance facing IT companied but also identify the relationship of them which are showed by relationship map. In the analysis system, in order to analysis risks correctly this paper improves AHP basing on triangular fuzzy numbers by changing construct of judgment matrix with triangular fuzzy numbers. By this way, this method can consider the relationship of risks when computing the weigh of risk. Last, this paper gives a case to show effect of these methods.
