The Research On Influence Of Chinese Foreign Trade By Green Trade Barriers

Green trade barriers are the new trend of international trade protectionism, and they are important parts of non-tariff barriers, they have had significant degree of influence to the development of international trade. This article systematically elaborates on the causes of green trade barriers, basic forms, characteristics and trends, an analysis of the role of green trade barriers mechanisms and economic effects on the basis of exploring the relevant concepts of green trade barriers, describes the problem of the green trade barriers in the WTO rules, and detail exposit its impact to China's foreign trade. On this basis, we make approaches to set out trade barriers in green architecture both from the government and enterprise level.With POST-WTO, China has repeatedly suffered green trade barriers in developed countries, and therefore bear a great loss. While some developed countries wantonly transferred their polluted industries and the pollutants to our country, green trade barriers against our country have been and will continue to cause significant impacts. Therefore, the study of green barriers in the WTO system will have an important significant realistic meaning to improve our environmental laws and regulations, raising the quality of the environment and enhance its international competitiveness.
