As the capital and the political and cultural center of China, Beijing is the shoulders of leading the country to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, and achieving the important task of sustainable development in the economic and trade fields. In the worldwide tendency of promoting the Low-Carbon Economy, coordinating the relationship of resources and the social construction, and pursuing the harmony between the natural ecosystem and the economic growth will become an important topic in the future development of Beijing. Trade is one of the engine of economic growth. The analysis of green trade development path which is in the resource constraints, and the research of the dynamic mechanism of economic growth are both forward-looking and scientific for achieving the economic sustainable development.Topic of this paper refers to the applied economic's subject of National Social Science Fund in 2009. With"Green Beijing—Innovative Team Building","Speeding up the Construction of Energy Saving 'Green Beijing' Policy Mechanism"and a series research topics, this subject is mainly focused on the development of green trade in Beijing, and how it will impact the economic growth mechanism and industrial structure. Through the foreign and domestic literature searching, according to the theories of green trade, economic growth, and sustainable development, conclued the relationship among the green trade, resources and environment, and economic growth. Building a Econometric model of linear simultaneous equations which can describe the resource and environmental constraints for the economic sustainable growth in Beijing. The method of Three-stage least squares is used for parameters estimation and hypothesis testing. Finally, on the basis of the model's conclution, the author analysed the impact path between green trade and economic growth in Beijing, and related to the WTO and other policies and regulations, proposing recommendations and measures for the implementation of green trade and achieving sustained economic growth in Beijing.
