| As the main industry of our economy, manufacturing industry has made great development since the reform and opening-up began. At the same time of maintaining the overall economy growing, how to improve economic efficiency steadily, and how to enhance the sustainability of economic growth have become important strategic issues need to be solved internationally. With the coming of knowledge economy, as an input factor, human capital has been an important factor of input-output efficiency gradually. Therefore, the research on the input-output efficiency based on human capital has great academic value and realistic meaning.Paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and uses the methods of induction and comparison synthetically. DEA and principal component analysis has found a new application. Paper mainly includes five parts: the first part preface;the second part influence analysis on human capital in input-output efficiency, the third part input-output efficiency evaluation model in manufacturing industry based on human capital;the forth part demonstration analysis on input-output efficiency in manufacturing industry;the fifth part conclusion. By careful analysis and research, author has drew the conclusions as below:1) Set up an index model to account the input-output efficiency using human capital instead of the number of the labor;2) Quantitative analysis on human capital evaluation in manufacturing industry. In the paper, human capital is divided in two parts: static value and added value. Paper chooses proper index to evaluate the human capital by principal component analysis.3) Calculate the input-output efficiency and its changes from 1995 to 2004 using the ameliorated model.4) Human capital has great influence on input-output efficiency. It can improve the efficiency both physical capital and the labor. Furthermore, the revenue character itself may also improve the input-output efficiency. |
