With the rapid development of world economy, the way of competition among modern enterprises is no longer the same as before, not only by virtue of machinery, equipment,plants, buildings and other physical capital, but also by virtue of intangible capital,especially human capital. The role of human capital in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises is becoming increasingly important. The competition has gradually evolved into the talent competition, which is ultimately a competition of human capital, the role of human capital in the process of business operations is becoming more and more important.Human capital play a role in promoting economic growth depends not only on how much their stock, but also on the effectiveness of its configuration structure, thus emphasizing the importance of human capital efficiency in the stable development of enterprises. There is a causal link between human capital and competitiveness, and as an important part of corporate capital, human capital is the basis for enterprise development. Enhance the efficiency of utilization of human capital will be able to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and thus play a crucial role for the enterprises’ survival and development. Faced with the rapidly changing economic environment and the need to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, how to improve the quality of human capital more effectively, and mobilize the enthusiasm of staff fully to create maximize value for the enterprise, has become the most important issue faced most enterprises currently. Therefore,how to evaluate the human capital efficiency of enterprise scientifically and accurately, and find out the cause of the generation gap among other companies, so as to enhance the efficiency of human capital has gradually evolved into a real business problem that must be addressed, this is also the purpose to study of this paper. Specifically, this paper, using the basic theory of DEA method to evaluate enterprise human capital efficiency, it is desirable to design a methodology for evaluating the efficiency of enterprise human capital, to find a more reliable human capital efficiency evaluation method for businesses to evaluate human capital efficiency properly.Based on the above research purposes, this paper is divided into the following three stages: the phase of data collection and topic determination topics, the phase of data analysis, and the phase of enterprise human capital efficiency comparison analysis. In all these three phases, respectively, using different methods: in the process of collecting data and determining the topic, using literature research, primarily by reading electronic databases and other ways to retrieve, organize literature about efficiency evaluation related to human capital, and literature about DEA method and its application, and summarizes the status of research and summarizes the results of research on this issue at this stage; in theprocess of analyzing data, the main use is the basic theory of DEA method to analyze the efficiency of enterprise human capital, DEA method based on the relative efficiency, is a non-parametric efficiency analysis method, and its essence is the use of mathematical programming model is to analyze the relative efficiency of decision making units of the same type, so complete a comprehensive analysis of the various decision-making units are not identical. There is a certain advantage in its relative efficiency evaluation, this article use this advantage to analyze the efficiency of enterprise human capital; during the third phase of the study, this paper uses MATLAB technology based on the basic theoretical approach of DEA to calculate human capital efficiency of commercial banks, in order to draw the appropriate conclusions. And noted the reason why the human capital efficiency is lower than other enterprises at this stage, and further proposes the proposal to improve the efficiency of human capital.The main work and achievements of this paper summarized specifically as follows:(1)Firstly, summarizes and reviews the research about human capital efficiency, and its evaluation of scholars briefly, especially about evaluation for human capital efficiency based on DEA, and reviews the research of these scholars systematically, which is laid the theoretical foundation for this paper research.(2) This paper constructs a model of efficiency evaluation based on DEA to evaluate the enterprise human capital, in order to provides enterprises with a set of tools to evaluate the efficiency of systematically, so as to provides a reference of analyzing human capital efficiency scientifically, and rationally.(3) This paper applies DEA method to compare and analyze human capital efficiency of a set of practical enterprises of the same type, and points out the deficiencies of DEA method in evaluating enterprise human capital efficiency, and then puts forward suggestions for improvement. Most previous scholars studied human capital efficiency evaluation of enterprises based on DEA method from a macro point of view, namely made a country or a region as a starting point, and did not depart from the business, so its accuracy is relatively low. This article is from the microscopic point-companies of view to study the efficiency of human capital issues, which makes up for the shortage of research on human capital and its efficiency of predecessors, to some extent, rich the related research of human capital efficiency evaluation, and further illustrates the future direction of research development.(4) Taking into account the efficiency between the various companies are mutual influence, and scholars previous studies on human capital efficiency did not exclude the impact of environmental factors and random error for each input indicators. Based on the above point of view, this paper study the human capital efficiency of enterprises in-depth,which can reflect human capital efficiency of enterprises more realistically, so that makes the results of efficiency evaluation more reasonable, accurate and scientific.
