This thesis is a case study thesis in which the current management situation is set forth in human resource of CH Electric Supply Co., the issues existing in human resource management described, and how to resolve the issues illustrated as well.The reform in Chinese power industry, as well known, have achieved good performance through many years, however, the human resource management is still wandering around the stage of personnel administration, which should be urgently improved by the newest management concepts and advanced management methods and techniques conducted, consequently to make it possible to change the management mode from static state forward to dynamic state, thus it may implement the human resource functions effectively and obtain the goal achievement for enterprise's strategy. During "eleven-five" plan period, State Grid propose to make human resource plan in power lines, this issue is regarded a new task to the company which has been monopoly industry for a long time, and it not only takes a great challenge against the traditional personnel administration, but it may also offer a opportunity for both reform and development in human resource management. Therefore, there is a realistic significance when studying the case of existing company.CH Electric Supply Co. was a state-owner enterprise. There are some problems in human resource management, resulted by so many reasons, including the histrionic problems, and the new problems coming up during the development process of modern enterprise. Before resolving these problems, the first thing is to sort these problems out objectively, then discuss the source of creation, finally find out the efficient solution. The emphasis of this study is to focus on analysis part. Through statistic and current situation analysis, supported by the theories of modern human resource management and combined with own characters, this thesis tries to find scientific and efficient management methods in the aspects of the job design, the salary management, the performance management, and training management as well.In sum, this case study aims to describe the human resource management situation in a certain power supply company, roughly outline the relative proposal and solution, and discuss the management methods in human resource for reference.
