The information era has impacted the IT industry of our country and the development of which has been promoted. A great number of IT companies which have relatively strong collective strength are coming up successively. These IT companies which are mainly composed of scientific research institutes and college institutions, relying on their technical advantages ,grasp the opportunity from the market to expand greatly and begin to reveal its flourishing vitality .Owing to the characteristics of the IT industry in which the key of success in competition is possessing a great number of capable persons, the incompleteness of remuneration management system of the IT company ,which can result in the declining morale and high flowing rate of personals ,may become the bottle-neck of its further expansion .So the IT company must take the corresponding measures according to the new problems about the remuneration management of the company.A software company is a famous joint-stock software company in China .The company mainly relies on his own efforts to do the research of the products and also has strong technical strength. The main products of the company include office system software, computer anti-virus software, Power Word and quick translation software, large-scale network online games and mobile telephone games etc. A software company Dalian branch , established by the incorporation of A software company and another software company is a research center of the company, mainly responsible for the development and management of the products. The realization of his business is mainly through autonomous research and cooperation with outside companies.The company is aimed to be the biggest graphical entertainment society and the most professional operation platform of entertainment games .And at present, there is prosperity of development in this field of business which has been done by more than ten software companies. So you can see how fierce it is in the competition in terms of capable persons. The remuneration system will play a key role in attracting and retaining the capable persons. At present, the Dalian branch is still following the old remuneration system which had many shortcomings and had already not adapted to the present situation of its development .So the old remuneration system has to be adjusted and improved. This thesis will take A software company Dalian branch as the research objective and will discuss how to build up a strong and strengthful group of researching studying personals and design a set of remuneration system which has a effective function of motivation.At first, the author will introduce the basic principle about remuneration and specifically state the main contents of every part of the remuneration system. Both through the research of present situation of remuneration system of A software company Dalian branch and through the inside and outside investigations, the problem can be found out. Then the author will analyze the cause of the problem and indicate the need and importance of the adjustments of remuneration system.And then, the author will design the adjustments of remuneration system as the following process: make development strategy of remuneration according to the overall business strategy of A software company Dalian branch;set down the rational remuneration structure;fix on the relative value of every position through the analysis of the post, based on which to make classification and settlement of the fix wages, to adjust bonus release system and to make elastic welfare plan, as a result, these measures can meet the various needs of the staff and provide the staff with a wider space for development. The author also sets forth the enforcement guarantee measurements of the adjustment of remumeration.At last, through the investigation and interview about the degree of satisfaction of the staff and through the comparison analysis of relative data, the author makes a evaluation of the remuneration scheme which had been designed and discusses the difficulties it may encounter during the enforcement of the scheme .The overall conclusion and the relative advises has been given in the end.The thesis uses many ways such as post evaluation, broad band remuneration etc. to design the remuneration system and finds out the remuneration adjustment scheme which is fit with the actual situation of A software company Dalian branch. This scheme may also be helpful to other software companies and can help the company gain the competitive advantages of human resources and furthermore realize the balance and maximum of benefits for the company and his staff.
