| Presently the traditional salary system of our country's state-owned non-government organization cannot adapt itself to the social development and needs to be adjusted and improved. This thesis takes H academe as an example to probe into how to devise suitable salary system for state-owned non-government organization confronted with proprietary transforming.Firstly the thesis introduces the basic theory about salary and gives a expatiation on main content of each exponent of salary system..
