Tourism Resource Evolution Of The Hukou Waterfall National Geopark At The Yellow River

Taking the Hukou Waterfall as the center, the Hukou Waterfall National Geopark is acrosstwo sides of the Yellow River. The Hukou Waterfall National Geopark is composed of theHukou waterfall scenic area, Kenanpo scenic area, Zhongshi scenic area and Xiaochuanwoscenic area. It is characterized by the fluvial and loess landforms, together with historic andcultural sites, this geopark is of high value in scientific popularization, tourism, esthetics andcultural history. On the basis of making a thorough investigation and study to the tourism resource,Thisthesis describes separately the characteristics of the four scenic area of this geopark andmakes evaluation for the tourism resource of them. These evaluating for tourism resource usequalitative and quantitative evaluation methods. Using qualitative method , this thesis evaluatesthis geopark from beautiful,ancient,wonderful,famous ,exceptional aspects,etc. In quantitativeevaluating ,it chooses the evaluating targets including tourism resource and environmentalcondition of tourism area ,builds up corresponding evaluation models, evaluates and appraisesthe characters and exploration of tourism resource of this geopark ,so determines the levels ofthe four scenic area . From these evaluating, reveals the potentiality and attractive level ofthis geopark, and provides practically the theoretical basis for the exploration, utilization,management and conservation of tourism resource. So it has very important actualsignificance.
