Research On Supply Chain Strategic Partner Selection Based On BP Neural Network

The competition in 21 century is no more located among enterprises, but in all the supply chains. For the enterprises remain invincible in the competition, the enterprise must be selected the strategic partner scientifically, so it can keep the supply chain stable and efficient, also can keep the advantage of the enterprise in the drastic competition. The strategic partner selection is the most important tache. It can effect the successful of the enterprise in competition.This paper spreads out just based on the above background. Firstly, in the dissertation, review the development of the supply chain and supply chain management theory, and discuss the significance of the strategic partner selection and the research on the subject at home and abroad. Then analyze the evolvement and characteristic of the supply chain strategic partners, and compare the difference between the relationship of supply chain strategic partners and traditional supply chain partners. Combined with the basic theory of supply chain strategic partner, the dissertation raises the process to establish the supply chain strategic partner relationship. On the base of these, considering the significance, principles and contexts of supply chain strategic partner selection, the dissertation try to establish a completable, reasonable and scientific evaluation criteria system. Finally, using neural network, considering the evaluation criteria system of strategic partner selection, establish the network of the strategic partner selection based on BP neural network. The emulation experimentation under the MATLAB6.5 soft environment combine with the working practice in D company has been done in the dissertation. It can prove the method of supply chain strategic partner selection which based on BP neural network. And it can provide an operational evaluation method in supply chain strategic partner selection.
