Being divided and reconstructed for several times, there appear many SPs,service providers, compete in the market, offer same kinds of services to the public,monologue will not be back any more. SPs all change their exclusive strategy tofinding partnerships, making cooperation, seeking the win-win strategy. Especiallythe new comers, they have some weaknesses on competition with local main SPs,they need to find some partner to offset these weaknesses, and make a whole on themarket competition. But some internal survey revealed that many perfectcooperation project were not succeed even if in same environment, and this becomethe issue that how to make the cooperation project management effectively. This paper focus on cooperation project management, making analysis ondynamic alliance, the best model of cooperation;finding the main success factor ofdynamic alliance;detailizing the procedure of partner selection;emphasize theimportance of communication on project plan, execute and control process;andfinally illustrating the effect of performance evaluation and enterprise culture. It istrying to find some new thinks and methods to the SPs to do more effective onproject management. The paper consists of four parts. First one defines the term projectmanagement, dynamic alliance, cooperation project management and determinesthe direction of this study. Second, is the core part, four success factor ofcooperation project management, unified objectives, trust each other, efficient andeffective communications and well designed structure. How to find fitful partnerbefore establish a dynamic alliance. Also include how to solve the conflict on themanagement. Thirdly, put a real case to compare with the theory in part two. Partfour is for what kind of performance evaluation and cultural immigration aresuitable for cooperation project management. The conclusion of this paper is that the SPs must hold the belief of beinghonest to each other, making win-win as a goal, and cooperate with partners to bemore competitive on the market.
