The Research Of Partnership Management For Cooperation Innovation Alliance

The main theme of this paper is attempted to establish the cooperation innovation alliance, with characteristic in partnership management of the organization mechanism, which on the basis of the known theory knowledge and the research foundation. With the process of this mechanism analysis and elaboration, we take alliance performance appraisal as power mechanism, unifying partner choice and partnership management organically. The mechanism should not only be acceptable to the development of the organization itself, but also keep its own relative stability. Working with flexibility of the management scoria area, changing as the outer factors and constitutive development, the organization should adapt to the alliance circumstances positively, making full use of the definite factors'influences. In view of the innovation alliance development characteristic and our country's relatively clarified development tendency, the paper makes simple analysis to the relative factors, and then supplies some proposals accordingly.
