With the rapid develoPment of ou reconomy, construction projects are becoming more and more large and complex.Many construction projects appear with the state of multi-project. Traditional project management showing more and more defects in dealing with such large projects.we need a new method of multi-project management to deal witht hem.In order to respond the market opportunity,the dynamic alliance,which takes the information technology as a foundation,is composed of many agile enterprises that have specialty in different fields.The enterprises share the risk and the achievement altogether.
