Research On The Public Environment Construction Project Finance

With the twenties years development of the reform and open in our country,the economy has taken on a rapid developing trend. Population increasing,citizen, ecology-environment have brought forward a higher request oncommunication, energy, municipality basic facilities, water supply, garbagedisposing, etc. Recently, owing to the high standard request by the publicenvironment projects, more and more structural capital was demanded, in theconditions government finance is not enough. So, it has a very importantpractice meaning to seek the effective project finance channels.Based on such a purpose, the paper had compared the project financeactualities, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of all sorts of projectfinance manners, such as equity project finance, debit project finance, BOTproject finance, others project finance, etc, illustrated by a practical case toclarified the paper's stand.The conclusion was that we should establish a perfect public environmentconstruction project finance system and that the TaiYuan drainage departmentshould improve and widen the project finance channels.
