Study On The Construction Of HR System In Shandong ZD Group

As the economy globalization and China's entering to WTO,there came forthincreasing foreign trade enterprises in China. Especially after the "New Foreign TradeLaw"put into practice, more and more private enterprises joined in. Meanwhile, thecompanies established earlier began to realize the single business model couldn'tpromote the continue developing of their enterprises. They began to consider businesstransition through value chain backforth. But at this time, HR management becamethe bottleneck in the transition process.This thesis based on the survey and analysis to the HR management in ZD group.It designed and planned the whole HR system for ZD group from four angles:recruitment, training, and performance review and remuneration system. The aim ofthe thesis is to set up adequate HR system in ZD group through analysis to itsstrategic task. I hope the HR system could assist the sustainable developing of ZDgroup. Meanwhile, I hope the HR system could offer some suggestion to many otherenterprises in their growth period.During the analysis and construction of HR system in ZD group, the authorimplemented core competency model and BSC. The recruitment and training systemwere based on the core competence model. Performance review system andremuneration system were based on BSC.Through the survey and analysis of the thesis, the conclusion can be drawn:many private enterprises should pay much more attention on their HR system. If theywant to acquire sustainable developing, they must combine strategic planning withtheir HR management. Thus, they can upgrade the performance of their companythrough the improvement of their employees' individual performance.
