Recently, there are two problems to build Information Engineering project,which are quality and efficiency. The quality of the information engineering can notreach customer's request. The information engineering is beyond consignation timeand budget. Therefore, the information engineering must establish the mechanism tovaluate and direct the process and introduce the third party surveillance system toavoid risks.There are two routes of Information Engineering Surveillance research. The firstway is to use the form of IT audit that is used abroad. The second way is to study theinformation engineering surveillance on the base of its characteristics with the help ofexperiences of construction supervision that has established in our country. This paperfollows the second path and carries out the research on object control and resultevaluation of the information engineering surveillance project.Firstly, on the basic concept of information engineering the article puts forwardthe idea and function of information engineering surveillance.Secondly, information engineering has the characteristics of complicated system.With the view of system the information engineering surveillance is divided intosystem evaluation part, system control part, system trace part, system optimizationpart and system management part.Thirdly, this paper analyses the relationship of three basic objectives that areconstruction schedule, quality and cost and study the objective control system. Thispaper also states tasks in various stages of information engineering and brings forwardto supervise the information engineering with the method of measurement andestimate.Finally, evaluation indices system of the information engineering surveillanceproject has been established using theory analysis. The paper adopts the methodnamed Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation based on The Analytic Hierarchy Process toestimate the effect.
