Moreover, based onthe specialty of the offshore platform, how to run and maintain theseequipments will effect production, cost and safety of the whole company.According the above said, firstly, the paper makes a key evaluationsystematically on the massive equipment, analyze the advanced equipmentmanaging idea and manner, introduced the exertion of the domestic andforeign advanced equipment management mode on the offshore platform, andoptimize the equipment management mode and structure combining with theactual condition of the offshore platform. Secondly, the essay explain that howto establish the equipment management organization and how to enhance theoperating level of the organization in order to accomplish the optimization ofequipment management by combining the management of the individual withthe management of the equipment closely. Meanwhile, the paper alsointroduced the "5S" activity carried out on the offshore platform, andexpounds detailedly the relationship between the "5S" activity and equipmentmanagement. Finally, the paper introduced the optimized managing measuresof the spare parts of massive equipments on the offshore platform.The study of the paper impels the optimization of the equipmentmanagement on the offshore platform, offer some advanced managementmethods about the equipment management, and change the old maintenanceidea of equipment maintenance and equipment management.
