With the increasing social competition, because work stressors are more and stronger in organizations, managers have different levels of job burnout, then affect their health, and bring unfavorable influnce to development of organizations. So this paper research the present conditions and the relationship of work stressors, cope style, social support and job burnout, in order to offer the suggestions to the organizations which reduce managers'job burnout.Founded on the review of the previous research, this paper specify the design of this research, and then put forward the hypotheses of this paper. We collect the data through the questionnaire, and then by using a serious of statistical analysis, the hypothesis of this paper are confirmed and the main conclusions of this paper can be included:1. The main job stressors of managers come from the characteristics of the job itself, career development, organizational structure and atmosphere, role stress, home/work inflict and interpersonal relation. Managers adopt the positive cope styles more than the passive cope styles. And in the scores of social support factors ,the scores of subjective support is higher than the sores of objective support and the scores of the utility of support. And the feeling of emotional exhaustion of managers is more serious than the feeling of cynicism and reduced professional efficacy.2. Job stressors, cope styles, social support and job burnout of managers hve some diffiences in the personnel-concerned factors.3. Job stressors, cope styles and social support are the factors which influence job burnout, in which job stressors are the main factors, and the predictive validity of job stressors appromate maximum for the job burnout. Job stressors are the factors which influence social support, and job stressors and social support are the factors which influence cope styles.4. Managers' role stress and the characteristics of the job itself influence directly job burnout, and other factors of job stressors can influence indirectly job burnout through influencing cope style and social support respectively or influencing socialsupport directly and then cope styles.5. In this research, cope styles and social support work as mediator between job stressors and job burnout. And social support worked as mediator between job stressors and cope styles.6. Founded the conclusion of the research, we offer the suggestions in connection with organizations reducing managers' the feeling of job burnout.
