| Modern enterprises ought to consistently create a scientific and logical training system and developing plan of their employees to hold their HR advantages and promote their management efficiencies in the severe market competition as HR development and management has been a key problem of modern organization management.This thesis states as following aspects:The first chapter gives a comprehensive introduction to the theories and models concerning training and development laying the foundation for the redesign of PA's training and development system. The second chapter focuses on the status of PA, its current issues, its existing system and the inherent problems, highlighting the importance of employee qualification and training. The third chapter moves forward to the redesign of PA's employee training and development system. The fourth chapter briefly touches upon the evaluation of training results. The new system is evaluated through field study.Since I am short of time and I haven't made deep research in this field, there are, of course, some limitation and shortcomings in my paper. I just want give some available suggestions to the companies and fields who are interested in training. |
