With the rapid development of China's social economy,express companies grows rapidly and become an indispensable part of social and economic development nowadays.With the development of the express service industry,competition among state-owned,private and foreign-funded enterprises in China's express delivery market helps people realize the importance of professionals.However,the markets now confront with the problem of talent shortage.Therefore,standardized and effective training of company employees could enhance professional skills and comprehension quality of staff,meet the position requirements,promote corporate market competitiveness and push the development of express industry as well.The training status of T express' s Nanchang branch not only reflects the common problems of express employees training,but also has its own characteristics.In this paper,literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey were used to analyze the current situation of human resources and training of the company,and it was found that most of its employees were middle-aged men,with high mobility,low education,long outdoor working hours and hard-working characteristics.There are several problems during staff training,insufficient demand analysis and management system,backward software and hardware,ineffective assessment,etc.these problems may lead to training word inefficiency and therefore could not achieve the goal of improving efficiency.By combing the problems in T express Nanchang branch staff training,the actual operation situation and the characteristics of the employees,it is suggested that the company should pay more attention to training,enhance demand analysis,set up training venue,strengthen the construction of teachers and train control system,improve the training evaluation.Due to the limited staff mobility and special training funds,the company can focus on the induction training and on-the-job training for new employees,and then make adjustments according to the development of the company and changes of the market economy.Based on the research on the optimization of the staff training system of the Nanchang branch of T express,it can be concluded that by optimizing the existing training system,putting forward solutions to the existing problems in combination with the specific conditions of enterprises and the characteristics of employees,canwe improve the benefits of training input and the quality of training,and facilitate the long-term development of enterprises.
