Hongda Company is a type of the producing and manufacturing companies which present orders. Here is face to many problems at present, such as insufficient orders, pay low with high costs on schedule, quality complain problem person who increase day by day. Thus, it demands urgently to proceed with the writing and controlling with implementation of production schedule, and drives the operation of producing to manage the improvement of every aspect in an all-round way, in order to achieve the goal of improving performance of managing of enterprise. In this thesis, we diagnose, analyse and optimize studying to the management system of production plan schedule of Hongda Company from two aspects on writing and implementing from production schedule. Studies have shown, production plan of Hongda Company is short of long-term plan guide, and it's way of working out is lag behind, and arranging effectiveness planned to produce is not good enough to plan in lacking on making to plan mighty company, and the drawback in time of information feedback, etc.; Rules and regulations carry out do one's best, and there are many equipment faults, and the mechanism communicating with each other does not improve. Through the analysis of more advanced management thought of production plan to suitable for the manufacturing company at presenting, find the production schedule theory that is suitable the production characteristic of Hongda Company. This theory helps Hongda Company to set up the management system of divide layers, such as, demand plan of the supplies, treatment plan of the order form, purchase plan, produce production plan, etc, which can strengthen science, rationality and execution of writing plan. At the same time, it is need to change the idea, implement the mode of coordinated implementation and control of production schedule facing target of the order, dispose the resources of the company rationally according to the characteristic of the production schedule, and improve the professional skill and sense of responsibility constantly of operators, strengthen equipment control, strengthen statistic in order to set up feedback system of information, etc.The research results of the thesis not only can help the Hongda Company to set up the production schedule management systems of the norm, science and system, promote the Hongda Company to improve its managerial skill, accelerate one's own development constantly, but also have meaning of using to the optimization ofmanagement of production plan for reference for whole trade operators.
