In dealing with the low oil consumption, low emission,cooperation betweencompanies to develop, cooperate production has become a trend. Dongan companyis a special engine manufacturing company outside any automobile manufacturingcompany, for enhance market competitiveness, Dongan company brings inproduction technology of a high capability engine through technical cooperationwith Changan.At the same time, Dongan need to provide these engines to Changancompany, to satisfy the high capability and the high quantity demand of Changancompany.D product project is the first engine project of Dongan compny which isbrought form Changan. According to the division of the two sides, Dongancompany responsible for the construction of the production line and the productionof engine, in Changan automobile production time node to provide qualifiedproducts engine, and Changan company should provide product technical drawings,test data and other technical support conditions. Due to cooperation projects involvedrawings and samples, bidding, construction and acceptance of production lineequipment, working content and relate to each other is complex, so more easily toaffect the project schedule because of any link fault. Therefore, how to develop andoptimize the project schedule, is an important guarantee for D production lineproject in accordance with the requirements in production time.First in development stage of D production line project, the projectconstruction background, characteristics, task has been analyzed and researched,using the method of engineering project management organization theory, toanalysis and determine the project structure, division of work table, work flow chart,in order to clear the construction of the organization, division of labor and work content of D production line which can ensure the progress of the production lineconstruction smoothly. In order to ensure the effective implementation of eachstage of this project, using PDCA thoughts and risk management methods, analysisof the factors affecting the progress of probability and loss, to find out theinfluencing factors which need to focus attention or necessary attention, thendevelop control measures which are targeted, suitable for Dongan company, anddevelop emergency measures when schedule delays, in order to ensure Dproduction line project to the expected progress goal. The PDCA management, riskmanagement which are belonged to project management provide theory support forthe D production line construction project, and can provide guidance for the similartechnology import project.
