Research On The City Unemployed Women's Reemployment Quality In The Transformation Period

As everyone knows,economic growth , social stability and full employment are the main functions of government. China is in transformation period, though economy is in high growth, with the transition of the economic system, the traditional recruitment system has been broken, a large amount of unemployment has appeared in China. If the reemployment problem can't be settled effectively, economy development and the stability of the society will be both influenced. Solve unemployment is not only an economic problem, but also an important political issue which the government faces. This thesis analyses reemployment quality problem of the city unemployed women who are under the transformation background to put forward the corresponding measure. It describes situation, analyzes reason and solves problem orderly. Describing part uses the data coming from survey of the unemployment's life and working state in Wuhan to describe the currently reemployment quality of the city unemployed female workers. Analyzing part analyzes the reasons, from the individual factors (Schooling, the length of service, etc.) and institutional factors (market segmentation, discrimination, etc.). Solving problem part puts forward the corresponding countermeasure mainly. For example: Breaking workforce's market segmentation and discrimination, perfecting the market mechanism, strengthening the labor-market, improving unemployed women's competitive ability through reemploying training, etc. The last part is the conclusion of the article: Individual factors and system factors cause the low reemployment quality of the city female workers in the transformation period. In order to improve their reemployment quality, we should not only improve their individual ability, but also strengthen the construction of labor market even more.
