Study On Evaluation Of Large Sized Construction Enterprise Comprehensive Strength

Just like all the living lives, enterprise needs to look back on and evaluate itself in time to find the crux of problem and push forward its growth healthfully .With the rapid progress of structural reform of economy and the further opening up to the world and also with the new situation of China's entry to WTO , the domestic and foreign macro-environment and the outside circumstances that the state-owned enterprise faces have taken place great changes without parallel in history .Facing severe competition of domestic and foreign market, how the policy-makers know very well in their hearts and devise a plan practically and realisticly will be a urgent task on hand .Evaluation of large sized construction enterprise's comprehensive strength supplies a scientific basis for the enterprise to have a clear understanding of current situation .It has a important meaning for the large sized construction enterprise to sharpen the competitiveness and deepen reform to build up modern enterprise system .Firstly, according to the features of large sized construction enterprise and on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign enterprise evaluation index system this dissertation sets up an index system , which is scientific , reasonable and combining fixed quantity index with fixed nature index ,and discloses its inner implication .Secondly ,this dissertation introduces a method of triangle fuzzy number to determine the weighting of index ,which makes the weighting of index more scientific and more reliable .Thirdly ,based on the system of decision-making theory this dissertation adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive strength of large sized construction enterprise .It also builds up subordinate functions of fixed quantity index and fixed nature index ,which combines the expert judgement with objective information.Finally the dissertation quotes an example to prove the method and the procedure that is discussed in this dissertation.I hope this dissertation has values to some degree for improving enterprise evaluation method, guiding management, checking the merit of managers and increasing enterprise awareness of competition.
