Research On The Method Of Uncertain Environment Information Identifying And Fusing In Enterprise Strategic Management

Strategic management is a major problem for enterprises to survive and develop in the competitive environment.Under the historic background of information and network,the competition and coexistence among enterprises are more complex,and the enterprise environment evolves from a relatively stable static environment into an uncertain dynamic environment.The existing strategic management mainly takes on the internal and external environment of enterprises as research framework,and the decision-making basis is based on certainty and consistency information.The traditional framework provides a good basis for strategic analysis,but it cannot meet the requirements of complex and changeable uncertain environments on information identification and processing properly.The proposal of dynamic capability theory is suitable for the present situation of the enterprise environment with dynamic development.However,it is confined much more to theoretical framework level,whereas substantive progress has been made less in terms of the processing of the uncertain environment information and the systematic study on its framework.Therefore,under the enterprise strategy management in uncertain environment,the systematic problem of the environment information processing of enterprises and the strategic analysis needs to be solved.The main research contents and results as follows.(1)Through the comprehensive analysis of the relationship between environment and strategic management,it has been concluded that the development and practice of strategic management theory is firstly reflected on the cognition of environment.Taking the SWOT strategic analysis with the internal and external environment analysis advantages and the dynamic capability theory based on environmental perception as foundation framework,this paper has proposed a theoretical model based on "environmental identification-strategic management",and takes the perception of enterprise environment as the premise and foundation of strategic analysis.In order to improve the systematicness of environment identification and strategic analysis,Jieke Theory,from the System Theory,is introduced to build the structure model-strategic management and enterprise environment boundary shell.Through model construction and mechanism analysis,this paper has provided research basis for the application of uncertain environment analysis,information identification and information fusion method in enterprise strategic management.(2)With informatization development and the increasing ability of the enterprise to obtain information,multi-source and uncertainty of environmental information has become the era characteristic of enterprise strategic analysis and decision-making.A large amount of information of different sources,types and diameters not only provides data support for strategic management,but also puts forward new requirements for the processing of uncertain information.In this paper,the extraction of environmental information characteristics is taken as the premise of environmental information identification.The uncertainty of information is expressed by probability reliability by transforming all kinds of environmental information through BPA,which provides basic data processing methods for the unified caliber of all kinds of information.(3)Environmental uncertainty is divided into two dimensions:complexity and dynamics.This paper defines the complexity of environment as the "consistency”or "inconsistency" of information.Conventional wisdom holds that "consistent"information can provide effective information for strategic decision making,so that conflicting "inconsistent" information can be eliminated.However,this paper holds that in a complex environment,the occurrence of "inconsistent",information is inevitable and of the same information value.At the same time,information with the characteristics of "inconsistency”is the main cause of the confusion of systematic cognition,and the identification of "inconsistent" information is an important means to improve the ability of uncertain environment and strategic analysis.(4)In this paper,D-S Evidence Theory is taken as the basic method of multi-source information fusion,and the evidence conflict problem in D-S evidence theory is combined with the "inconsistent" information in the environment.Facing the problem that traditional conflict can't measure high-degree conflict effectively,this paper has proposed a multivariate measurement method based on uncertainty to provide a new processing method for the identification and fusion of complex strategic environment information.(5)By combining the uncertain information processing method proposed in this paper with the models of "environmental identification-strategic management"and "strategic management-enterprise strategic boundary shell",the effectiveness of the method based on environmental information fusion in strategic management has been verified by systematic analysis.This paper has dealt with the instance analysis of Wanda strategic position and strategic transformation in recent years,especially the "asset light" strategy.Based on the "strategy-boundary shell"model,and by collecting and sorting part of the enterprise internal information and market information,it has been analyzed and concluded that "consistent" and"inconsistent" environmental information are of decisive value for Wanda strategic transformation by applying environmental information recognition and fusion method.This paper's main innovation point is that based on the mutual adaptation of strategic management and environment development,set in the uncertain environment,the research has presented the theoretical model based on environment recognition-strategic management,and the expression of uncertainty environment information,feature recognition and fusion method by combining information technology and enterprise strategic management theory.Research conclusion has provided enterprise strategic management under the uncertain environment with information processing method and systematic theoretical framework,which brings the enterprise's internal and external environment information and inconsistent and consistent information into the same system of strategic management,thus providing more comprehensive and effective decision information in the complex environment.
