Corporate culture is the common norm, belief and pursuit of staffs. It has the formidable psychological exciting force, energetic force and energy alluring force, and permeates the atmosphere between the groups, maintains and leads all members, guides them to make great efforts to the goal. Corporate culture is one of the powers of the continual development of enterprise. The enterprise of economic style pursues the economic target merely, but the enterprise of cultural style will develop for the life significance, so it can obtain continual superiority.Decision making is a very important part of organizational management. Managers must make many kinds of decisions unceasingly in the management process, but the quality of decision is closely linked with the organization performance and the organization achievement, especially the strategic decision. The more rational of decision-making process, the better the quality and the effect of decision making. Corporate culture is the common values of staffs. It affects each part of corporate operation process, including the strategic decision-making.The bottleneck question of culture that meets in the strategic making process is the starting point. Firstly, this paper discusses the research background and significance, and points out the culture are one of important parts of strategic competitive advantage. Then, this paper expatiates on the influence of corporate culture on strategic decision making in the aspect of the importance of strategic decisions based on the academic summarize of corporate culture and strategic decision making. This paper designs the questionnaire of corporate culture and strategic decision making, and puts forward the research frame and supposition, carries on the statistics to the data, then analyzes the influence of culture characteristic on strategic decision based on the data analyzed. Finally, suggestions on how to make effective strategic decisions are given according to the outcome of the study.
