Along with the deepening of economic globalization, many multinational corporations have or are planning to move their manufacturing or procuring centers to china in order to make full advantage of Chinese work force and minimize their production cost. Meanwhile, more and more national companies are beginning to pursue worldwide production and management. China, as a world-manufacturing center, is standing out. Successful national economic construction and commercial activities triggered the needs for more logistics services. Our corporations have to face the following problems: How to handle this international opportunity and how to localize themselves strategically in the international market.This paper holds the lead line of SINOCHEM's framing its logistics services strategy, demonstrates the related concepts and theories to China's logistics market situations, applying SWOT strategy to corporations' selective entry into the different industries, and provides effective solution to localize corporations strategically in the international market.The whole paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is foreword. The author introduced the background, aim and value of writing this paper. The methods and outlines are also mentioned.The second one is about the theoretical foundation, mainly introducing how to distinguish logistics and logistics services and segment market. Strategy positioning theories and related model introduction base the foundation for SINOCHEM to frame international strategy.The third chapter is about SINOCHEM's logistics service positioning. The first part is to analyze SINOCHEM's necessary entry into leading-edge chemical market. The second part is to analyze the practicability of that proposal. Through Porter Five Forces model, the author analyzed the industry rivalrousness of leading-edge chemical logistics market, and suppliers and purchasers' negotiation ability, drawing the conclusion that that market has the massive potential and moreover SINOCHEM can be the lead of the field.The fourth chapter is about the key elements and measures to successful strategies. Because there are a lot of key elements in successful strategies, the author analyzed those elements to ensure the strategy successful. And the paper presents several suggestions on strategical measures.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
