In order to accommodate the constantly changed technology, economy and the society environment, the companies are changing all the time from it was born. In the past, the range and frequency of the organizational innovation in the companies were small, but, now, as the information era is arrived, the knowledge economy and the cyber economy are coming. The new economy does a great of changes on the business and the society, including the high tech companies. As for the high tech companies, they are surrounded by the information and knowledge, so, face the rapidly increased knowledge and information, how to done well with the knowledge source's developing using and managing, getting through developing, communicating and using knowledge, how to create more values for the company become the core of the high tech companies' management. So, the present organizational modes in the high tech companies are not available in the new economy, they needed to be innovated.The organizational innovation of the companies is a complex project, which connects with the "life and death" of the company. Only when researches deeply on the management theories, does fully analysis on the feasibility study of the innovation and in the mean time does research on the risks which may be faced during the organizational innovation of the high tech company, and does enough on risk prevention, may it be successful.This thesis does a relatively deeper research on the organizational innovation of the high tech company, which begins with the researches on the developing trend of the management theories and the changes of the inner and outer environment which the high tech companies live in, and combines the characters of the high tech companies. This thesis not only sets up an organizational innovation model for the high tech companies, points out the rout following which the model can be achieved, but also analyzes the risks which may be faced during the organizational innovation of the high tech companies, and reveals the risk principles, points out the measures for risk prevention.The first part is the theory system of the organizational innovation of the high tech, includes the researches on the management theories, the organizational innovation theories and the characters of the high tech companies, and the researches of the organizational innovation environment of the high tech companies;The second part is the setting up and the achieve route of model for the organizational innovation of the high tech companies;The third part is the research on the risk management of the organizational innovation of the high tech companies, includes the analysis on the organizational innovation, risk principles and the measures for risk prevention;The fourth part is the research of a case.Overall, this thesis does a relatively deeper research on both the theories and the practice of the organizational innovation of the high tech companies, and it could be a fully guidance for the organizational innovation of the high tech companies. To points out especially, this thesis generalizes the risk theories of the organizational innovation of the high tech companies, it will be good for the set up of the more perfect risk prevention system for the organizational innovation of the high tech companies, to ensure the success probability of the organizational innovation.Of course, the theories of the organizational innovation are developing constantly, the model for the organizational innovation of the high tech companies is not only. The organizational innovation model which this thesis proposes should be examined and improved during the practice.
