The new economy does a great of changes on the business and the society, including the high tech companies. As for the high tech companies, they are surrounded by the information and knowledge, so, face the rapidly increased knowledge and information, how to done well with the knowledge source's developing using and managing, getting through developing, communicating and using knowledge, how to create more values for the company become the core of the high tech companies' management. So, the present organizational modes in the high tech companies are not available in the new economy, they needed to be innovated.The organizational innovation of the companies is a complex project, which connects with the "life and death" of the company.
