With accelerating globalization process and intensifyingmarket competition those risks drawn more attention from theorists who are trying to figureout how to identify and prevent a wide range of risk factors in technological innovations andto improve capacity to handle those risks and to improve technology innovation capability. Therefore, more attention should be given to risk management in high-tech enterprisetechnology innovation. This article will introduce enterprise risk management theory in high-tech.
