The Research On The Core Competance Of The Business Conformity For Xi'an Telecom Industry Co.,LTD

The divergence of major businesses and minor ones in telecom industry nowadays gave birth to TIC, the representative of companies that deal with all minor business. TIC used to deal with the edge and assistant business of telecom corporation, which is the combination of sightless multiplication and minor business in some conglomeration such as the telecom corporation during the monopoly period. There are piles of problems in telecom corporation about personnel structure and business structure. It's only an incomplete success for the nation-owned corporations to shed off some of its major business. To implement their success the nation-owned corporations should develop independently in a right direction. So it is urgent for TIC to analyses its correlative business and make out strategies.The investigation is about the strategy orientations of the TIC in this paper. The status of the company was analyzed firstly, and five main businesses were summed up. And the main problems were put forward in the businesses' developments of the telecom industry company. Then analyzed the core competence (the characteristic of inner environment) and strategy leverage (the characteristic of external environment). Analyzed the five main businesses' strategy orientations of the company by applying combined tools of core competence and strategy leverage. The data were gained by the questionnaire and analyzed these data by the tool of AHP, and achieved the conclusion about the five main businesses' strategy orientations at last.Finally, This paper discusses TIC strategy development problem, put forward TIC major business conformity strategy and development suggestion. I hope it can help TIC and relation company to make correct development strategy decision.
