The academic groups and government departments more than ever are studying and discussing Corporate Culture, since we stepped into the new centenary. Speciously after China joined the WTO, increasingly concerning with global economic and technology competition. The managers more than ever enter the institutes to study the theory of Corporate Culture. The Corporate more than ever considers CC and put it into the agenda. Organizations can get benefits from CC by strengthening cohesion of inside, and also by establishing the good image of corporate to the outside, as the result, it will expand the influence of the marketing. So it is the core competitive factor in a corporate. Jin Yuan Ltd now is a joint-stock company, which has been reformed from a state system. Its developing object is toward to edging technique Jin Yuan. It is necessary to study and create a suitable CC with its own merits.The essay comprises three stages of CC through collecting and analyzing the company's data and also complying with the background of the company. In order to study the present CC in the company and find out the existing problems in CC, the author adopts three types of research methods to collect the data and information about CC: interview, discuss and questionnaire: Interviewing the leadership, workshop with management, and questionnaire to employees within the company. The questionnaire is contained 20 questions from three different angles: 1 the traditional state corporate culture was approved by the new CC, 2 the appraising for the present established CC. 3 the appraising for the suitable CC with its own merits. Through analyzing the core factors which influences the establishments of CC, then find out the existing problems on spiritual, systematic, behavior and material aspects, and then put the theory into practice, an appropriate program will be established in accordance with Jin Yuan's fast development. In the end, the author will suggest five stages' implemental objectives, contents and activities.Through analyzing Jin Yuan Ltd's established CC and the new design of its CC, try to resolve the existing problems on its CC, stepping out of the predicament, in order to provide some suggestive references and try to investigate and find out a practical, suitable program for Chinese national middle and small sizes companies.
