The Probe Concerning Implementation ISO9000 International Standard In Commercial Banks Of China

This thesis introduces the operational characteristic, development and innovation of management theories, analyzes the problems of corporate governance, intramural organizational structure and internal control mechanism which exits in management of commercial banks in china, opens out its necessity and fitness of implementing ISO 9000 international standard for promoting bank reengineering ; by means of investigating the practice of implementing QMSs in domestic and foreign banks, probes into the approaches and means of enhancing the competitive kernel abilities, and points out that commercial banks in our country should insist on guiding ideologies of customer focus, putting prevention first, process driven and continuous improvement , brings forward the train of thought for implementing QMSs; expounds innovatively the key points of implementing QMSs which should be paid close attention to : using process methods to realizing innovations of management, reengineering bank's operational processes, continuously improving control of internal system; realizing innovation of consciousness, intensifying customer relationship management, making use of CSI model for meliorating customer satisfaction index , ultimately retaining competitive essential abilities. The author holds that implementing QMSs within present institutional frame in view of management problems from institutional limitation, banks in china can carry radical transformations of operational management into execution in microcosmic depth, and create favorable environments for plunging into banking structural reform.
