Designing Of Logistics Center Management Pattern In SCMCC

Logistics center is an effective mode of enterprise logistics management. Through it's systemic, advanced and informative operation, it has important roles about fulfilling the customer's needs, reducing the moving time of commodity and getting logistics cost reduction. Many enterprise managers know more clearly that the effective operation of logistics center is one of the supports of enterprises' competition competence.Based on the enterprise's condition, and according the demand of founding logistic center in Sichuan Mobile Communication Company Limited (SCMCC), the writer analyses the current situation of logistics management, the main problems and the necessities of founding the center. According the designing targets, missions and principles of the logistics center management pattern, the writer design the operation mode ,the functions,the organization structure, the business programs and the information system of SCMCC logistics center. Thinking about SCMCC may meet some actual operation problems after the logistics center founded, the writer designs some corresponding ideas to resolve them.The innovation of this paper is that the writer analyses the feature and functions of logistics management of the communication enterprises. According the peculiarities and functions of the logistics operation of the communication enterprises, the writer designs a new operation mode, organization structure and business programs of SCMCC, so that the design gets a basis for founding the logistics center in SCMCC.Not only the design has important guide role for improving the center's management, but also it's important reference to the other telecommunication operators.
