Designing Of The Distribution Logistics Network System In Enterprises

On the 21st century, the modern enterprises face much more scorching competition because change including the science's advancement the economy's development the forming of the global information network and market and so on. The logistics begin to play an important role in the reducing the product cost and improving the acuity for the market changes. In the case of enterprises, the logistics distribution network system planning is the most important part of their logistics system planning. So the configuration of the business logistics network impact on the running cost of business and customer service level directly, and they have important influence on the business market competence.Based on the theory of modern logistics system planning, this thesis analyzes the issue of how the business distribution logistics network should plan from the strategic perspective. In this thesis, lowering the total cost of logistics, reducing logistics investment, and heightening their customer service levels are regarded as the strategic target of the business logistics distribution network system planning. Starting with the analysis of the distribution logistics node, this thesis studies the theory of logistics node layout planning, and storage designing, as well as transportation decision-making planning. These are bases on which the providing an entire process of the distribution logistics network system designing.This thesis mainly adopts the method that combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, making full use of the existing research results. Borrowing some relevant experience, home and abroad, it puts forward some new ideas after studying the existing research results. This thesis analyzes the structure problem of the business logistics distribution network (mainly referring to the quantity, position, and scales of the fixative' facilities in use of the business distribution logistics network system), storage designing and transportation choosing by using the method of systems engineering, and build up the mathematics model under certain circumstance and solve the problem accordingly.
