The Research Of Power Demand Side Management To The South Hebei Grid

Power Demand Side Management (DSM) can solve electric power scarce question. This article in the foundation which summarizes to the domestic and foreign power demand side management implementation experience, unifies the present situation analysis of the south HeBei grid, the profession electricity analysis and the electricity characteristic, and the result of power forecast model, it systematically studies and analyses the technical and economic feasibility of the DSM .introduces the technologies used in the DSM, constructs technical index system of the DSM, and puts forward the economic result evaluation. Adopting the cost-benefit analysis method, this paper carried out research on such aspect as power grid enterprise,power plant enterprise,users,intermediary organization and society. In the end, the paper use the model of dummy variables and BP artificial neural networks to carry on the load forecast the result, it improved the precision of forecast, this can help policy makers to formulate reasonable demand side management objectives.
