Research On The Motivation And Restriction Mechanism Of State-Owned Enterprise Operators

As a special kind of Human Capital, the enterprise's operator plays a crucial role in the production and operation activities of the enterprise. It has been proved by practice that the operator' capability, quality, attitude toward work, and values have a direct effect on the existence and development of the enterprise, and to a certain extent they serve to determine the economical interests of the enterprise. The reform of state-owned enterprises in our country aims to establish a modernized enterprise system, in which the operator' target function is not exactly the same as that of the owner due to the separation of ownership and management right, so that it becomes particularly important to enhance the motivation and restriction mechanism of the operation of the state-owned enterprise, and the motivation and restriction mechanism is supposed to exert its effect to ensure that the interests of the operator are consistent with those of the enterprise.The present thesis outlines the related theories of the motivation and restriction mechanism and analyzes the directive effect of management motivational theory and economic theory on the establishment motivation and restriction mechanism. It also enumerates the related experience of the motivation and restriction mechanism among American and Japanese enterprise operators and summarizes the use for reference and revelation beneficial to the establishment of the motivation and restriction mechanism in the state-owned enterprises in our country.
