Successful companies recognize and respond profitably to unmet needs and trends. After entering WTO, the competition will be more and more drastic. So study marketing mix has practical significance to companys to become larger and stronger.NL Company is a small high-tech company. At the early in 2003 NL Company decided invest to produce soft-starter. For the sake of returning investment in short term, NL company need to select fix target markets and hammer out marketing mix method.First of all, this article scan the marketing environment of the soft-starter. The analysis of external environment include the following aspects: the analysis of economic environment, the analysis of competition and so on. The analysis of internal environment include the following aspects: management abilities, R&D competence, production competence, marketing competence and so on.After the analysis of marketing environment, this article make an analysis to the target markets and bring up the appropriate marketing mix to NL company , including product programs , price programs , place programs.promotion programs.Finally ,for the sake of to implement these policies of distribution as wellas bring up the measueres must be adopted Include the following aspects:the new design of distribution organlist .training staff and so on.
