In today’s ever changing business world, we will be facing more and morechallenges as well as opportunities. Technology advancement destined to thereformation and innovation in business. The development in economy are changingpeople’s life and behaviors, meantime influences the formulation on enterpriseStrategy、enterprise operation and the way we do marketing. Nowadays, consumersare experiencing information influence via a wide range of channels and media andthe line between traditional media and new media becomes more and more blur. Insome of the specific areas, new media has already become the major informative andmarketing tool, largely exceeding the traditional media.Wanmo Co. Ltd. is a professional internet marketing company who activelyadjust its strategy in this ever changing business environment. Wanmo aims toeffectively manage the stakeholders in the business value chain: clients, customersand the company and leverage their core value and relationships. Wanmo’s target is toset up a reliable communication channel and interactive platform between clients andtheir customers based on its innovative solutions and marketing tools. All of whichwill ensure clients return on investment. To achieve this, Wanmo integrated itsproduct mix include database platform、affiliate marketing platform、survey platform,etc, meantime setting up alliance with other relatively complemented leading partners.The company holds the core business value as “precise marketing”, focusing oninnovative business model as Solution+implementation+service. All these willcontributes to clients’ success in the multi-dimensional marketing plans.This thesis will be focusing on the marketing strategy of Wanmo. By analysingand studying the internal and external environment of Wanmo, propose revolutionarymethod on marketing model、 marketing product and safeguard mechanism. Theresearch aims to provide recommendations on Wanmo’s business model and solutionapproaches, which would provide a valuable reference for Wanmo’s sustainablegrowth in China. Meantime, the research on Wanmo as a case study will help toexplore the development of marketing industry from both theory and practices.
