Distribution Center Location Model And Application Considering The Logistics Service Level

Distribution center connecting the upstream suppliers and downstream of the retailers or consumer groups,is an important link to guarantee supply chain logistics can operate effectively.Distribution center site selection is very influence on logistics cost and customer service level.Since more and more customer begins to pursuit high-quality and personalized service,so the logistics service level in distribution center location decision has the theoretical significance and application value.The thesis embarks from the research background,discusses its significance.Review and comment domestic and foreign related researches from single target location and targets location.Introduces the definition of logistics service,the evaluation index,the definition of distribution center.Compare different location models and methods and understand their respective advantages and disadvantages.According to the research targets,this thesis need to achieve logistics cost minimization and logistics service level optimization two goals at the same time.Based on the research targets,the thesis choose bi-level programming model which can satisfy both objective functions to solve the problem.Combined with the actual situation,respectively to study the single distribution center location and distributions center location.In order to make the model more realistic,this thesis put forward the demand uncertainty bi-level programming model in fuzzy environment based on the determine demand bi-level programming model.And the model also joined the service punishment factor,“distribution – return” two-way transportation factors to enrich itself.Based on the comparison of different algorithms,this paper used the NSGA-? algorithm to solve the problems.Consider Chongqing cigarette distribution center location problem as a actual case,by comparing the results before and after of the optimization for logistics cost and logistics service level,verify the model's advantage and its application effectiveness.
