The Investigation On The Management Modes Of Medium And Small Sized High-Tech Enterprise

Intellectual economy is theme of the economical development in the 21st century, All countries are making use of vast resources to develop high-tech enterprises, which will be crucial to the glory of a country. As our country, to implement conversion of the economized form, promote upgrade of the industrial structure, speed persistent growth of the national economy and to play important role in the world economy, it is the only way to make great efforts to develop high-tech enterprises especially medium and small sized high-tech enterprises.At present, the development status of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises is anxious, and special study on management mode of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises cannot be found in our country. Choosing of management modes is a vital to the development of an enterprise. Therefore, it is significant to investigate the management modes of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises and assist corporation to grow healthily.In this dissertation, based on the theoretical fundamental of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises and management modes, the management modes are modeled firstly. Then, the author analyze the managerial actuality, managerial obstacle and managerial characteristic of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises in detail, synthetically apply management modes and lifecycle theory of enterprises to construct enterprise system management mode, financing management mode, technological innovation management mode, human capital management mode and cultural activities in enterprises management mode according to enterprise system, financing, technological innovation, human capital, and cultural activities in enterprises separately. At last, the optimized game is proposed according to the existing management modes of medium and small-sized high-tech enterprises in our country.
