In the history of management theory, scholars started their researches on factor analyzing and organization optimizing long long ago, but in the middle of 19th centry system theory become a subject, the introduction of system opinion to the research made this area became more and more mature.In this article, the author attempt to carry his point of organization optimizing by systemic analysis on factors of the organization.The whole article was divided to five parts.The first chapter is an overview of historic researches on this item, in this chapter the author illuminate the purpose and the meaning of this article. The purpose is to confirm and analyze the factors of organization, and farther more to research on organizational optimizing method.In the second chapter, after the dissertating of systemic theory, the author elicited the study on the organization of enterprise including explaination, character, evolution, task and lifecycle. The key point is the three characters of organization: goal, environment and structure. This chapter is the basic of the article.In the following chapter the author introduces to us the analysis to factors based on systemic theory and after analyzing the characters of enterprise organization, he compartmentalize the factors to three parts: the environment, the goal and the structure. The three factors affect each other in turn that form a cycle which push the organizational development.In the forth chapter, the author contrasts the structures and the designs of different type of organizations, and the evaluation to running efficiency which set up the theoretical base of organization optimizing, and points out the method and the flow of optimizing. At last, the author evaluate the tools of the evaluation of the organizational performance.At the last chapter, the author practiced with the theory on some company. |
