Study On Optimizing The Organization Structure Of CY Company

After 50 years of development of urban railway traffic in China, especially the rapid development since 2000, it is gradually entering a new stage of development. There has been a development trend of network structure. In the "13th Five-Year" period, with Chengdu as the representative of the domestic second city will be built in the urban railway network, the network effect of the urban railway traffic will be gradually revealed. Urban railway traffic for complex equipment and systems range, carrying a large number of passengers every day, its operation and management of the organization will be a complex division of labor, a large number of personnel. Such an organization requires careful design and management. As the urban railway traffic operators of Chengdu city, CY Company needs to face the development trend of the network, the concept of the company's development should be made as soon as possible from the "professional thinking, single thinking" to "system thinking, network thinking"; the management mode of the company should change from decentralized management to integrated management. Therefore, CY Company needs to take the overall goal of the whole network and functional requirements as the guide, to establish the organization and management system with pertinence, orientation, comprehensiveness and operability, and according to the appropriate organizational structure to configure the position and personnel. This is the most basic, the most urgent, but also the most important task.In this study, combined with the author's work experience in CY company for many years, with the city of Chengdu urban railway traffic development goals as the background, with the theory of organization design and transformation theory as the basis, through the study on optimization of organization structure of CY Company, we design a new model of organizational structure for the company's development. First of all, the paper summarizes the development background of urban railway traffic in China and Chengdu, and analyzes the significance and purpose of the organization structure optimization of CY Company. Secondly, the paper gives a review on the organization structure of contingency theory and evolution theory, summarizes the design of the organizational structure form and principle and main factors influencing organizational design. Thirdly, this paper introduces the status of organizational structure of CY Company, analyzes the influence of the organization structure of contingency factors and business development of the organizational system, and combined with other domestic city rail transportation enterprises, summarizes the characteristics of organization structure in the period of network development. Fourth, through the organization structure design ideas, this paper puts forward the optimization of CY Company's organizational structure of the alternative, and the pros and cons of each program are analyzed in detail, to determine the recommended program. At last, the paper expounds how to implement the plan, constructs the new organization management mode, and puts forward the safeguard measures.This paper analyzes the status of the organizational structure of CY Company, focusing on the development situation of enterprise organization structure, put forward specific and targeted organizational structure optimization program, which is conducive to the realization of the company's recent development goals, while other urban railway traffic enterprises also have some reference value.
