The Research On Social Economic Support System Of Sustainable Development In Chang Shan Archipelagos

A　high　and　new　technical　booming　rise　in　large　quantity　pushes　the　development　of　the　social　productivity　quickly　since　20　centuries.　On　the　other　hand,　the　increasing　of　population,　the　short　of　resources,　environmental　pollution　and　disaster,　make　human　face　to　the　rigorous　challenge.　Therefore,　people　start　deliberating　how　to　change　economy　developmental　mode　to　moderate　the　relation　between　environment　and　economy,　keeping　social　and　economic　sustainable　development. Gro　Harlem　Brundtland　pointed　to　"Development　that　meets　the　needs　of　the　present　without　compromising　the　ability　of　future　generations　of　meet　their　own　needs"　in　《Our　Common　Future》. As　soon　as　the　idea　of　the　sustainable　development,　it　became　quickly　to　the　all-new　development　idea,　which　got　the　agreement　of　the　international　society.　Currently　domestic　and　international　scholars　all　concentrate　on　the　research　of　the　sustainable　development　theories,　but　they　study　more　land　districts　that　are　economic　core　districts——　cities.　They　pay　little　attention　to　the　islands.　In　order　to　keep　the　comprehensive　sustainable　development　theories　system,　this　paper　researches　Chang　Shan　Archipelagos.　On　the　basis　of　analyzing　the　social　economic　present　conditions,　this　paper　puts　forward　the　developmental　specialty　and　weakness.　Then　according　to　the　island's　characteristics　and　the　every　kind　of　index　system,　this　paper　establishes　the　index　system　of　the　social　economic　sustainable　development　in　Chang　Shan　Archipelagos,　makes　use　of　various　methods　to　compute　the　ability　of　sustainable　development,　and　finally　puts　forward　the　countermeasures　for　social　economic　sustainable　development　in　Chang　Shan　Archipelagos.
