WTO International Competition Policy

With the development of the world economy, the international cooperation of the competition policy has attract more and more attentions, and has been put into agenda of the WTO. This paper introduces the background and the reason of establishing the competition policy's international cooperation mechanism, existing cooperation models and the relationship of the WTO and competition policy. Furthermore, considering the existing WTO competition topic is dominated by developed countries, this paper analyzes the benefit divergence of developed countries and developing countries, recommends the suitable model taking the developing countries' benefit into account, and proposes the appropriate countermeasure of developing countries to the competition policy issue.
